I can certainly understand if you find it a bit hard to piece together how Rasmus got from A to B. There are 44 chapters between where you last commented and where we are now—that’s almost half the story 😂
There are also quite a few untold chapters leading up to where Don is now (including how he meets Valentino). I don’t want to give anything away, because I love reading your first impressions 🥰

Part 1
It’s hard to compare between a fresh lover with a long standing one, especially if that’s Don. I think with time Katrina and Sam will get to know one another well enough for that sort of understanding to develop 😉

I have no idea how Rasmus went from where I last read to current in a merry home of wife, children, babies and animals, but I’m so happy for this development. Something to look forward to while I get here! And Izumi is so pretty. I remember Rasmus has a thing for pretty eyes way back when. He commented on someone’s eyes being striking. I think… it was Izumi. 😯

Also it’s so nice to see Rasmus still doing his jogs. Reminds me of how abysmal I am at keeping my own fitness goals hehe!

Don is living with Valentino now? Ooh! Makes sense if Katrina has a new lover. I wonder how that happened. (No spoilers! I’ll get there) It’s so sweet for Valentino to regard Don with such familiarity. Alcohol, plane ride and restlessness. Valentino is a more confident man than me. I will probably give Don a vomit bag instead and buy nose plugs.

Also, Don has portraits of Rasmus in his bedroom. Their bond is so wonderful. 😄

It finally seems that Rasmus can enjoy a night out without thinking about women and indulging in mindless drinking. The dance competition with Joaquin is a welcome distraction, even if he is not quite in shape for the twists and turns 🥰

Masato is quite taken with Tusnelda so she probably needs some distance. Masato certainly won’t let himself be dragged out of the story without a fight. He appears everywhere and likes to land disturbingly in the middle of a good camera angle when I’m in the process of taking a picture 😂

All these abductions are increasing in frequency. Maybe Tusnelda has an admirer on Sixam who is secretly in love with her? 🤔

Who knows what called Judith Ward to the Rattlesnake Juice bar that particular night, but the scene of her with all the photographers and Rasmus sleeping on the couch amused me so much. I couldn’t have planned it better myself 😂

Rasmus finally confronts Blue about how her thoughtless action has hurt him. Hopefully it’s enough for him to move on. Those kinds of wounds take a long time to heal 😢

You may be right about your assumptions about Don. I’ve been hearing more and more people love him than the opposite.
He is one of my favorite characters (in his pre-update form). He has quite a few hidden positive traits ❤️

I think a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is refreshing for everyone.
Not least for Tusnelda after a shocking incident that could have cost her her life. Once again, she is confirmed in what really matters is Martin and their love for each other ❤️

A vacation with four cats will probably be anything but relaxing. Cats hate change and need plenty of time to adjust 😸

Tusnelda actually looks pretty cute with her cress-cut hair. Martin looked pretty scared when he saw her, but you’re right. The most important thing for him is that she’s safe ❤️

Jonna is a completely different type from Alice/Blue. Quite intellectual and a decent person. When it comes down to it, her interests are probably quite opposite to Rasmus’, but Rasmus’s desire to find love and create a family probably makes him pretty blind to the facts. He takes her answer as further proof of his incompetence.

It’s healthy that Rasmus turns self-destruction into anger and that he directs this anger at a punching bag.
Tusnelda is pretty merciless when it comes to Masato. I wonder if he knows that in the end he can hurt her more than she can hurt him if he wants to.

I have the opposite thought about Don. I find that the community loves him. He definitely is useful to play less morally upstanding storylines 🤭 who hasn’t fallen for a bad boy right?
