Tusnelda is on an involuntary break
Dear readers. I must unfortunately announce that Tusnelda and Trix have been put on an involuntary break for the time being. This is due to problems with Imgur, which I have used to archive my images. In recent weeks, Imgur has started deleting a lot of images from my archive, which causes gaps in my story, with a message that the image no longer exists.

It really stressed me out when I accidentally discovered that pictures from an older chapter had been deleted. This made me go through all the chapters from the beginning. However, I have no guarantee that more pictures won’t be deleted tomorrow or in a week.
I assume that it’s due to some form of censorship and that the removed pictures were found to be indecent. I assume that Imgur has implemented a new Artificial Intelligence Censorship Bot that can scan thousands of pictures, since pictures that have been on my website for several years have suddenly been deleted. I will admit that a few pictures show a bare bottom, but in most cases there is no clear reason for the pictures to be removed. I can’t see anything indecent about a Sim sitting at a computer, or a guy in swimming trunks, or Tusnelda waving at an Alien. In short, I get confused by the guidelines and therefore can’t really use Imgur anymore.
I am trying to reconstruct what has been deleted as I discover it, by uploading the images directly to my website. Unfortunately, I have not archived all the image material in the order I intended, but for the first 60 chapters it has been quite easy to find the deleted images. In chapters 61 to 80 it requires a more extensive search.
I will spend the next few months organizing my archive while considering how to move forward from here. I still have 12 to 13 chapters in the script before I reach the end of this story.
I will, among other things, investigate how many images I can have uploaded directly to my website before it costs me more money.
I would love to hear if there are any ideas or experiences with how many images a normal website can hold. My latest inquiry to Simply.com gave me no other answer than that it is possible to buy more space.

Damn, censorship has gone wild isn’t it? Even RASMUS can’t show his top half! I would love to know what’s considered so ‘unsuitable’ by Imgur about the picture with the alien…
I’m really sorry this has happened. It’s horrible considering how long your story has been going on for. It’s going to take a while to fix as well, which is the annoying part.
I myself am facing my own upcoming censorship issue that is forcing me to back up my entire story just in case, laws coming to the UK this week where many social medias will demand photo ID to prove your age to use the most of their services – which I am not doing because it is a massive safety risk. It does mean that posting my story is at some level of threat given it is mature content, so I don’t know what’s going to happen with that.

Thanks for your thoughtful feedback. Yes, it’s really stressful. Imgur has deleted a lot of pictures of Rasmus shirtless and I don’t know why the censors find him particularly inappropriate. Strangely enough, Don’s well-toned upper body is not found as offensive. I’m about to accuse the censors of body shaming.
Pictures of Izumi have also been removed several times. I assume it’s because of her skin-colored top, which makes the program interpret that she is naked. I hate this pronounced use of artificial intelligence. It proves once again that it is stupid and random.
I saw that you mentioned the new legislation in the UK elsewhere. I won’t comment on it further here, but I really feel pity about the task you have ahead of you. Making a complete backup of your long story is very time-consuming. I can recognize your concern. I know how much time, energy and creativity you have put into your story so far.
Fortunately, I was well ahead of schedule on the task, but I was missing about twenty chapters. Unfortunately, some of these chapters contain almost 300 pictures. I worked my way through almost three chapters today, but then both my eyes and brain got too tired. I don’t think I can fully relax until I’ve finished them all.

Oh, shoot! I’m so sorry that your images were deleted. My trick is to have multiple WordPress blogs, and to store the images on the other ones. It’s worked pretty well!
